Ψάχνοντας για εφαρμογές για την εκπαίδευση των παιδιών βρήκαμε μια υπέροχη εφαρμογή όπου τα παιδιά μπορούν να μάθουν για τα αρχαία αγγεία, να ζωγραφίσουν μόνα τους ένα αγγείο και να το «ψήσουν» εικονικά, μαθαίνοντας πολλά στοιχεία για την αγγειοπλαστική στην αρχαιότητα.

Τα παιδιά του Γ2 τμήματος του Ειδικού Γυμνασίου Ηρακλείου Κρήτης με τη βοήθεια των καθηγητών τους δημιούργησαν ένα ψηφιακό κόμικ που δραματοποιεί την τραγωδία «Ελένη» του Ευριπίδη. Σύμφωνα με την υπόθεση της τραγωδίας ο Μενέλαος μετά από την άλωση της Τροίας κατέπλευσε στην Αίγυπτο όπου συνάντησε την Ωραία Ελένη και έμαθε με κατάπληξη ότι η «εν Τροία» Ελένη ήταν ψεύτικο φάσμα. Η πραγματική του σύζυγος ήταν κρυμμένη στην Αίγυπτο καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του πολέμου και ο καταστροφικός πόλεμος της Τροίας είχε βασιστεί σε ένα ψέμα. Ο βασιλιάς της Αιγύπτου Θεοκλύμενος θέλει να νυμφευθεί την Ελένη αλλά εκείνη με τον Μενέλαο καταφέρνουν και διαφεύγουν κρυφά. Χαρείτε αυτή την πολύ όμορφη προσπάθεια η οποία μπορεί να αποτελέσει εξαιρετικό παιδαγωγικό υλικό.
